Ed joined the Boeing International Latin America team as the Regional Director for Government Relations in May 2018. Ed is responsible for the development and implementation of the Boeing strategy in Latin America and leads companywide activities including government affairs, identifying new and emerging business opportunities, leading corporate citizenship programs, and enhancing company relationships with customers and other stakeholder groups. Ed is based in Miami and reports to Donna Hrinak, Vice President of Boeing International and President Boeing Latin America.
Ed graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Computer Science and a BS Mathematics and later obtain his MBA in Seattle. Ed started his Boeing career right after graduation in Weights Engineering where he quickly went into management. Ed held positions in Flight Test Engineering, Customer Service, Maintenance Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Digital Aviation and 777X program. Ed’s extensive customer facing experience includes promoting information services worldwide to include the introduction of the first Class 3 Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) into the market, the development of the first e-Enable proposal for Singapore Airlines, leading the sales and marketing organization of our first Digital Data group. Prior to this assignment, Ed worked in the 777X Airplane Connectivity organization.
